Jacono - Rook n. 68
This Jacono Freeform stands out for its slender, distinctly organic silhouette, built around a tall and slightly inclined bowl. The profile rises naturally from the rounded base towards a sloping upper rim, while the shank flows smoothly into a gently curved stem. With an overall length of 145 mm, the pipe retains elegant and well-balanced proportions.
The smooth finish, presented in a deep brown tone, highlights a particularly expressive piece of briar. Long, lighter vertical grain runs up the bowl, following its height and creating a striking contrast against the darker background. The grain continues along the shank, giving the entire composition a strong sense of visual continuity.
One of its most distinctive features is the rustic natural rim. Dark, irregular and richly textured, it forms an organic frame around the tobacco chamber and provides a dramatic contrast with the smooth, polished sides of the bowl. The sloping top further emphasizes the Freeform character of the pipe and gives its profile a particularly dynamic appearance.
The composition is completed by an elegant marbled stem in amber, honey and brown tones, with flowing patterns that beautifully complement the natural grain of the briar. Its gentle curvature visually balances the pronounced vertical development of the bowl. A distinctive Jacono in which grain, natural texture and contrasting colors become integral elements of the design.
