This Winslow Crown Freeform Stand-Up expresses a darker and more tactile interpretation of Danish pipe making, where the Freeform shape becomes a sculptural and expressive transformation of the briar block.
The dark finish, rich and contrasted, enhances the underlying grain, creating a bold visual effect. The rusticated and uneven rim adds a raw, almost primitive character, while the interplay between smooth and textured surfaces gives the pipe depth and dynamism.
Compact and well balanced, with a length of 135 mm, a height of 38 mm, and a weight of 63 grams, it offers a solid presence in hand while maintaining comfort and usability. The flat base allows the pipe to stand upright.
The glossy black stem, clean and minimal, integrates seamlessly into the design, letting the bowl’s strong character take center stage.
