This Jacono Billiard Stand-Up offers a compact and powerful interpretation of the classic Billiard, with a tall bowl, nearly vertical walls and a broad, flat base. The substantial proportions of the bowl combined with the short shank give the pipe a solid, grounded appearance, further emphasized by its practical Stand-Up configuration.
The bowl is dominated by a deep and strongly pronounced rustication, where blackened recesses alternate with intense ruby-red tones emerging from the briar. The result is a particularly vivid, three-dimensional surface, with the irregular texture catching the light and continually revealing flashes of the warmer color beneath.
The smooth upper rim provides a sharp visual break from the rugged finish and becomes one of the pipe's most distinctive details. Finished in a bright red tone, this broad, regular band neatly frames the chamber while echoing the reddish highlights visible throughout the rusticated surface.
The composition is completed by a translucent red and burgundy stem, whose varying shades and internal depth become especially apparent under the light. Its tapered, nearly straight profile extends the compact body with elegance while creating a striking chromatic continuity with the bowl. A distinctive Jacono in which a traditional shape gains a much stronger personality through the dramatic interplay of black and red.
