Compact, substantial and immediately recognizable for its vivid colour details, this Volkan Billiard offers an individual interpretation of one of the most traditional pipe shapes. The smooth briar bowl retains a regular, well-proportioned profile, with gently tapered walls and a substantial shank extending almost horizontally towards the mouthpiece.
The warm reddish-brown finish highlights a particularly lively grain, with flame patterns running across the bowl and continuing along the shank. The pipe measures 120 mm in length and weighs 53 grams, giving it compact proportions and a pleasantly substantial appearance.
An important technical feature is the Reverse Calabash System: an expansion chamber inside the shank allows the smoke to cool and release part of its moisture before reaching the mouthpiece. The system is therefore designed to encourage a cooler and drier smoking experience, helping to reduce condensation during use.
The transition between briar and mouthpiece is equally distinctive. A translucent amber decorative band with irregular shades introduces the vivid red marbled mouthpiece, featuring lighter swirling patterns particularly around its base. Its broad initial section gradually tapers towards the bit, adding a contemporary visual accent to the traditional Billiard architecture.
