Sacramento Pipe Collectors‘ Assembly (SPCA)

The Sacramento Pipe Collectors‘ Assembly (or SPCA) is the pipe club for Sacramento, California. The SPCA is a very informal group, and they meet twice a month, on the third Thursday of the month, at 6:00 p.m., and on the last Sunday, at 1:00 p.m. They always meet in downtown Sacramento at 1325 O Street #1, Gary Malmberg‘s home.
The club has no dues, no membership status, no officers, and almost always no agenda. Somehow that has worked fine since we were founded in 1998
