1. How to order one or more products
Once You have entered the catalogue, next to every product, You will find the icon of the shopping cart. This gives You the option to place without commitment the chosen articles in a virtual shopping bag "buy now" (visible at the bottom at left of product) and continue browsing throughout the web site before placing an order. You may do this with any object You intend to order, after which, You only have to click on "basket" of the catalogue.
In the section: "basket" all the products You choose are listed, along with Your total expense, (in which shipment is not included). Here You make any changes you wish, such as eliminating some objects. Once You are convinced of Your choice you must indicate if You are an individual shopper, therefore, a final customer or a company and the Country to which the package must be shipped. Clicking on the icon "Next" you may proceed to the next section: Order.
In the section: order the entire order is visible with the shipment cost with the express courier or the ordinary courrier. The form of payment "on line" with credit card is on a protected server (SSL).

2. Prices and Forms of Payment
Our prices do not include Italian Taxes (i.v.a.). The shipment costs will be added to the total price only when the order is made. The final price (including door-to-door delivery and other expenses) will automatically appear when the customer indicates the country of destination. "Le Pipe snc" is not responsible for taxes imposed by other countries.

Payment on line with credit card
The payment with CREDIT CARDS is insured by secure server (SSL) with the most advanced technology regarding communication security. Therefore, the information regarding your credit card cannot be viewed by other users on line. No charge will be made to your credit card until shipment.
Use PayPal Email Payments for a quick and secure way to bill your customers and accept credit card, bank, and PayPal payments online. You don't even need a website—just email your customers a payment request that they can click and pay.

In this case we will provide to the shipment of the goods as soon as we will receive the payment notification. N.B. In the explanation of the bank transfer you must clearly indicate the order number assigned at purchase and the date on which you made the order.

C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery)
We accept orders via c.o.d. for delivery in all over the world with the payment directly from the costumer when the goods will arrive to his home/office. Attention please: if You will choose this method of payment our software will not calculate automatically the shipping cost of euro 2,00 for this other supplementary service.

3. Form of Shipment
Le pipe snc uses express courier (such as Fedex or Ups) for delivery within 3 working days, at very low costs. In case of lacked delivery, our courier leaves a notice asking to be contacted within 24 hour and try to deliver the package asap without any cost for you. If the second delivery is still unsuccessful, a notice will inform you where you can pick up the material. Goods are carefully packed: in case of breakage or tampering the customer must refuse the package. We guarantee the replacement of the product and a new delivery, completely free of charge. After the shipment, we will send you an e-mail with all the shipment details. However you can require a standard delivery at the cost of euro 7,00.

4. Guarantee for payment on line (Security with SSL)
Choosing the option of payment on line with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express), the payment is insured by secure server (SSL) with the most advanced technology regarding communication security. Therefore, the information regarding your credit card cannot be viewed by other users on line.

5. Satisfaction or reimbursement
"Le Pipe snc" guarantees unconditionally all its products: all the pipes found on www.lepipe.it are manufactured by italian pipemakers who work according to ancient traditions. Shopping on line is comparable to shopping by catalogue and is therefore subject to the conditions of the Italian Law Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185.
The non satisfaied customer can value his right of withdrawal sending within 10 days, from the receivement of the product, an e-mail to info@lepipe.it, containing: his right to withdrawal, the indication of the product, the order number and his c/c banking datas. Then to obtain a refund the customer must send back the product within 10 (ten) days. WARNING: the product must not be damaged. If the product is damaged it may not be returned. The product must be returned along with the delivery receipt and/or the bill of consignment attached to the goods at the moment of delivery.
Refund of charges: within 10 (ten) days of receiving of the product, "Le Pipe snc" will provide a refund by bank transfer. The refund covers only the price of the product. It does not in any case include any additional costs for shipping and delivery of the product, which will not be refunded and will be at the customer's expense. 7. Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Court of Nocera Inferiore, Italy. In the event of force majeure or accidental circumstances, we shall not accept responsibility for delays or failure to make deliveries and shall have the right to terminate the agreement in whole or in part or to discontinue or defer it.
